substation can realize wireless data transmission not only via GSM network but also via Internet.
GPRS network. The main function of the system is to remotely monitor the operational status of the
substations by mobile monitors and control center.
GSM/GPRS technology allow us to automatically collect metering data and transfers that data to a
Server for Record, analysis, History and Record purposes. Detailed Consumption data can be
collected continuously at Predefined Intervals and can be read remotely via an automated process.

Turbine Flow Meter

Scientific Devices Turbine Flow Meters are useful for liquids & gases in general industrial application. They provide excellent performance with quality & reliability. Suitable for as hygienic application. The flowing media engages a vaned rotor causing it to rotate at an angular velocity proportional to flow rate. The pick -of coil senses the spinning motion of the rotor inside the pipe & converts it into a pulsating electrical signal. Summation of the pulsating electrical signal is directly related to the total flow. The frequency is linearly proportional to flow rate which is converted to mA signal by electronic circuitry. Flow rate Indicator / Totalizer / Transmitter and Controllers are available in Local/Remote and Panel Mounted Options.

Vortex Flow Meter

 Vortex flowmeter using digital signal processing techniques (DSP), design of 14 level digital bandpass filter, thought the rapid Fu liye software algorith, improves the vortex signal detection sensivity, strengthen the vortex vibration resistance performance, breaks through the traditional simulation method for the vortex signal processing limitation. The SDVFM converter hardware used in the variable gain amplifier: to adapt to various caliber vortex sensor signal strength, the variable width of multilevel filter, the vortex signal effect pretreatment. Finally, the software uses the SDP technology, to achieve 14 band adaptive band-pass filter algorithm. This type of vortex converter using potentionmeter design, All debugging using keys set, therefore, is convenient for field debugging work, also improve the reliablity of the instruments.

Bypass Glass Tube Rotameter

Suitable for measuring flow rates in 50 NB & above pipeline. Available in a variety of materials, carrier rings, impulse piping and rotameter as flow indicator. Design Standard confirms to ISO 5167/BS 1042. This is basically an online Rotameter either glass tube (SDG Series) or metal tube (SDMT Series) placed in a By-Pass piping. The only difference is the range orifice of the Rotameter at the inlet. This range orifice is designed in such a way that the differential pressure through the By-Pass piping is equivalent to the differential pressure across the mainline orifice. With this arrangement, rotameter in the By-Pass piping works as a Manometer.

Tubular Level Indicator

Tubular Level Gauge for visual liquid level observation is very common in process industry. It is a simple and reliable device for direct reading in atmospheric or pressurized tank applications. It is mounted parallel, along the side of tank. As the process level fluctuates, the level in the transparent glass tube changes accordingly and gives local liquid indication.
This is a very simple instrument. It is flange mounted to the tank. As the liquid level rises in the tank, the liquid also rises inside the glass tube and one can see the liquid level in the tank. In this model the glass tube is enclosed in an enclosure which also carries a graduated scale. The liquid level in the gauge can be conveniently read against this scale.

Reflex Level Gauge

Reflex Gauges are Designed specially to meet the most critical requirements of Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries Involving Inflammable Toxic, High Pressure, High Temperature Liquids. Inner surface of glass has Reflecting Prisms. Liquid Levels shows black in contrast to mirror like surface above. As the liquid fills in the tank, the liquid level can be seen in the Reflex Type Level Gauge. Vibrate Fork Type

The vibrating fork type level sensor works on the principle of tuning forks. There is a Piezo ceramic crystals located inside the fork assembly. On the application of voltage, the crystals oscillate at the natural frequency of the fork assembly. This frequency is continuously monitored by the internal electronic circuitry.

When the fork comes in contact with liquids/solid material, the frequency slightly changes, and this change in frequency is sensed by the electronic circuit which in turn send out a signal. This signal is processed to give out as a relay output either N.O or N.C. signal which in turn indicates Level signal either Low or High depends on application.

Radar Level

In radar level measurement, microwaves are transmitted by the antenna system of the radar sensor to the measured product, reflected by the product surface, and received back by the antenna system. The time from emission to reception of the signals is proportional to the level in the vessel.

Full View Sight Flow Indicators are used to observe the flow of liquids in a piping system. 360visibility provides convenient viewing from any angle designed for vertical applications.
